What Suggestions Would You Make About His Breakfast And Lunch Meals!?

Joe is a 17yr old who lives at home with his parents and younger sister. He has no prior medical problems but recently complained about lack of energy during sports and athletic activities at school. He has been scheduled to meet with a nutrition counselor, becasue his pediatrician recommended it. When he arrives he shares his food diary, which indicates that he skips lunch on the days that he wrestles after school. Otherwise, he eats the same meals each day – black coffee and sugar-sweetened cereals with whole milk for breakfast, a luncheon-meat sandwhich and two candy bars on days when he eats lunch, and a typical family meal for dinner.
