How Do You Get Rid Of Thigh Muscles Without It Turning Back To Fat?

See, I used to have pretty skinny legs. Recently, I did a lot of sports, and we did a lot of lunges. I developed lots of muscles, but after not working out for several months, it turned into fatty muscles. If I were to exercise again, wouldn’t it turn back to muscles? Anything but diet & surgery is fine.

[fitness/nutrition Experts Only Please] Is What I’m Doing Ok For My Muscles?

I’m 5’6″ and weigh 160lbs. I’m a 26 year old male.
Every other morning, I wake up in the early hours and I do some bodyweight exercises. Today I did the following (in that order) in the span of 20mins with a 10-30 second break in between each one:
25 – Leg Levers
20 – Push Ups
30 – Bicycle Crunches
20 – Push Ups
14 – 4-Count Flutter Kicks
20 – Push Ups
15 – Leg Levers
20 – Push Ups
30 – Bicycle Crunches
20 – Push Ups
20 – Flutter Kicks
20 – Push Ups
Sometimes I do 5-6 sets of 20-25 situps; same number of push ups.
Later on today, I’m going to try to run a mile but I’ll only be able to run half before I get tired and alternate walking and running.
In the evening I plan to lift weights, doing the following (5 reps of each):
Shoulder Press 75lbs
Back Squat 95lbs
Dead Lift 100lbs
– 3-5 min rest
Shoulder Press 80lbs
Back Squat 100lbs
Dead Lift 105lbs
– 3-5min rest
Shoulder Press 85lbs
Back Squat 105lbs
Dead Lift 110lbs
– 3-5min rest
Shoulder Press 90lbs
Back Squat 110lbs
Dead Lift 115lbs
– 3-5min rest
Shoulder Press 95lbs
Back Squat 115lbs
Dead Lift 120lbs
Provided that I drink one protein shake right after the body weight exercises and one right after the weightlifting, will I build muscle?
Or will I do more harm than good?
How should I increase the weights/reps/sets? What kind of math should I be doing in that respect?
Please advise.
I’m not in the military but I want to join when I get my citizenship and try out for special forces. Obiously I need to do more running.

Are Any Medicines Or Supplements That I Can Take To Enhance My Muscles And Ligaments?

I am a track and field runner for almost 10 years now. There are times that I felt stress after running in the field and I wanted a medicine which is not banned by any sports association.

On Sports, Which Are The Best Supplements For Building Muscles In Weight Lifting.?

Number 1 is just a proper diet. If you are not eating right, you will see maximum gains. 90% of building muscle is your diet. Make sure you are eating properly.
After that, whey protein is good supplement. I use it 3 to 4 times a day, and have very good results. I use when I first wake up in the morning, right before bedtime, and with any meal that is low in protein.
Third is creatine. This stuff is awesome. It allows you to lift heavy weights for longer time, thus overloading the muscles more.
There are many more supplements out there. These are the top 3 that I use. Do some reseach on other stuff (like NO2, Glutamine, and others), and decide if you need it or not. It really is a personal choice.
