My boyfriend is working on becoming a personal trainer and would also like to sell nutrition products like protein powders and vitamins to his clients. What companies are good for this? What companies have programs like this or what ones can you buy wholesale from, etc? As a trainer or other fitness professional, do you do this? About how much extra money do you make with it?

Hi there,
im skinny (45 Kg wieght and im 1,5 Meters)
also lately i have discovered that im too stressed, tensed and i BLOW OUT my anger quickly…
now…im searching for a suitable sport which could help me organise my nutrition (i dont eat alot and they say its due to less exercise) and a sport that could let me calm down, concentrate more, be quite, lowers the level of stress and anger, i have tried to learn guitar and teachers keep telling me (concentrate, too much stress wont work)
so….
i was thinking of yoga, if its yoga or another sport just explain the benefits and if there’s any helpful links i would be grateful…
p.s. i prefer a sport which i could exercise at home and learn by my own, i dont have too much time (work…yeah thats why im stressed out)

What Other Training Procedures Do They Do After The Fitness Test?
My bf is a sgt but he never talks about his job. On fri he told me he was grading the fitness test and hes been at work since fri he told me he’s leaving on sun I haven’t heard from him. I’m just curious about what he could have been doing. When I asked he just said army stuff. Also should I be worried that I haven’t heard from him or it is likely that maybe he had to work longer. He usually talks to me right after work.
