Good Diet & Excercise Plan For A 13 Year Old?
I’m 13 at the moment. I am 5’8, or 5’9, and I weigh 200 lbs. I hate my weight, and am uncomfortable about. I need some Serious advice on how to cut my weight down. I can run the mile in about 8 minutes, which beats about a half to a third of my class, and I participated in almost every sports activity, which included Volleyball Basketball, and pingpong. So, the main issue is the diet part. So, please, answer seriously.

Please Help I Need A Wrestlers Diet Plan For A 125lbs?
Hey i have a quick question. i’m currently involved in wrestling and i’m in the 125lbs weight class on varsity. i have NO clue how much calories i need. I have NO clue what i should be eating at the right time. I currently read your Grappler’s Guide to Sports Nutrition, which has given me some idea. Heres where i have trouble, my coach has me weigh in before practice and i normally weigh around 129-130 and i get done and i weigh 126.8. My problem is that i dont want to weigh 5lbs over or 4lbs over and rely on practice to get it off, its frustrating and makes me irriated and crabby all the time. i want to be able to maintain 124lbs so i’m not always jumping. I workout at 6:30-7:30 every morning before school then we have practice at 2:45-5:00. I have a match on Wednesday 12/10/08 i really want to be under. It would be a huge help if i had a sample menu of what i should be eating at what time.
Can Anyone Help Me With A Diet Plan?
I realized I have already asked this but I believe I need to go more into details! I am 19, 5’2” and weight about 150 to 155. I understand I am completely over weight.I have tried things already and it seemed the best one was counting calories but I am at college now and most college students are broke! I gained 30 pounds in less than a year because my sport years were over.
I dont think I am going a bad job at what I am doing, but I dont understand why I am not loosing weight. For breakfast in the mornings i eat total whole grain cereal or bannans and oranges. I only drink water but with my cereal I drink 2% milk! for lunch and supper I eat some sort of grilled chicken and vegtables like green beans, corn, peas, and carrots. and these are only lil servings like maybe a half a cup. I drink water and V8 Fusion. and I eat like a little fruit after those too.
I have already joined a gym and go there mon-thurs. for atleast an hour each day. PLease someone help!
Best Nutrients, Nutrition And Fitness Plan For A Women Over 40 Who Is Very Active?

I am looking for the best nutrients and nutrition plan (daily) for a very active female (close friend), over 40, professional, very busy and works out 6 days a week on both cardio and weights. She is also allergic to wheat and dairy. The nutrition should balance her workout and work. She also needs to maintain a low sugar diet, even the natural fructose in fruits should be at a minimum, healthy fats such as iomega3, flax, avocado, coconut are good, but need to be balanced as well, nuts of course are also good, and finally she has knee pain from cycling too much. She also gets a massage weekly. Her goal is to lose some belly fat, balance weight and fitness objectives and tone her core. What plans would you recommend and if there are any whole food, natural nutrients to complement a diet that’s would be great. Thanks
How Does P90x Work? What If I Don’t Follow The Nutrition Plan Will I Still Get Results?
I was interested in the P90X system for becoming stronger. I’m not in it to be losing much weight or to get overly ripped. So if i decide not to follow the nutrition plan will i still be ok to build muscle. I’m already pretty toned and in shape by training and playing sports, but i’m looking for that edge, and to be honest, i like to eat what i want. I don’t eat that unhealthy anyways but i don’t want to follow the nutrition plan.

P90x…success Without Following The Nutrition Plan?
uhm yeah so ive been dieting and exercising since mid april and ive lost 25-30 lbs. im 16 and i currently weigh 167 lbs
ive sorta hit a plateau since my metabolism has finally slowed down from me suddenly changing my eating habits back in april
im going to start p90x and i was wondering if i will still get the weight loss/ muscle gain results even if i dont follow the p90x nutrition plan but still diet? with school and sports i think i will be too busy to follow the diet
please answer if you have had any experience with p90x and and did not do the nutrition plan. thanks!
