This is my first time as a moderator. I am trying to post a message on my Health Zone group that will act like an ice breaker for new members to open up and share a little about themselves. My goal is to have hundreds of people join this group and for them to share there experiences in health and fitness.
Most people are aware that nutrient timing is as important as nutrient composition. In other words, it’s not just what you eat, but when you eat it that gives optimal results. As the man says, “Timing is everything.” Consuming the right foods at the right time can have positive effects on body composition: which means more muscle and less body fat.
With all the products out there for for muscle building, what are the best pre and pro workout supplements rather it be pill form are liquid. As of now i take Mega Men sport vita packs from GNC everyday and and GNC Whey Protein i also us a seperate glutamine powder i mix with my protein shake post work out for muscle recovery. Confused please help. Thanks in advance to whomever can answer this question
