Fitness Program Needed How Can I Burn Fat?

Im 29 years old, 6ft 240 Lbs. Over the past 5 years I have let myself get out of shape in a bad way. Im looking for a fitness program that i can do with the free equipment at my apartment complex, eg excercise bikes, treadmill, and a few weight machines. I have cut sugar out of my diet as much as i can, stopped drinking soda. I don’t eat much to begin with so overeating is not a problem. Any advice is appreciated.

Fitness Program Plan Help?

The golden years have finally arrived and you are one of the lucky ones. You are now 75 years old. Because of the example you have set, your children and grandchildren have developed great fitness lifestyles and want you to be active with them.
You play a modified game of tennis and can hold your own on the golf course. However, the osteoarthritis affecting most your age has started to make a difference in your flexibility and strength preventing you from completing the once vigorous workout you enjoyed.
Time and money are no problem although you are not willing to hire a trainer. You invested well and retired early. Because you enjoy traveling, you spend 7-10 days each month on a plane, in the car, or on a cruise ship. In addition, eating out so often has ruined the nutritious diet you once enjoyed. Your weight fluctuates between 160-170 (men) and 120-130 (women).
What fitness and nutrition plans could you make to improve your fitness lifestyle?
Develop a daily menu plan and a worjout plan for one week. Your workout plan should include the following:
-warming up
-flexibility
-cardio
-strength
-cooling down
I did develop the daily menu plan, but I have no idea how to make a workout program for a 75-years-old. Can someone help me?
Thank you!

Am I On Track With My Fitness Program?

I am highly overweight (currently 219 pds and 5’5″) and started a fitness/nutrition program 2 months ago. In this time, I have only lost 18 pds. I work out 5 times a week (30-40 mins of cardio and 30-40 minutes of weight training) and I have eliminated fattening, sweet foods from my diet. Since I had no prior workout routine or nutrition plan, I assumed that the pounds would just fall off, but I am only averaging about 2-3 pounds a week. Am I on track or should I work harder?
I am so tired of being heavy and having no dating life, so maybe I am just being a bit impatient. Who knows???
