A Question About Power Bars Or Protein Bars?

I bought a few PowerBar Sport cookies and cream bars last night and ate one after my triceps/shoulders workout. It was delicious. Can a bar that tastes that good be healthy?
Here is the nutrition information:
Energy: 200 cal
Protein: 8g
Fat: 3 (0.4 sats)
Carbs: 40g
Sodium: 190mg
It all sounds good, but it’s so yummy. I’m just wondering.
Thanks.

Are Supplements Like Whey Protein And Creatine Absolutely Needed To Gain Muscle Mass?

i dont have a job therefore i cant afford all the super expensive whey proteina nd supplements that are like 50-60 bucks….and my parents arent supportive of it either since im not in a school sport of any kind and i wouldnt take 1 now…since im in 12th grade.
but do you absolutely need them to gain mass?? i know you can just eat like 5-6 times a day with high protein foods…but i cant exactly raid the fridge for everything that has protein in it lol.
i have friends who are going from like 145 lbs to 165 lbs of muscle mass and its kind of getting me discouraged :( (i weigh like 145 and bench like 195-200)
so are there any other solutions/ways to gain mass?

Is There A Halal Whey Protein For Bodybuilding Sports And Health Enthusiasts?

This question comes to mind when I recieved a circulated email that GNC products contains gelatine which derives from pork and beef. However as I understand gelatines for supplements are usually used for capsule supplements like certain vitamins, amino acid supplements etc. What about whey protein and creatine powders? I’m asking on behalf of our muslim friends who are keen in sports but may be disturbed by this type of information as vitamins and supplements are part of the necessary equipment for for sports nutrition. Thank you.
