Do Bodybuilding Supplements Cause Any Kind Of Hair Loss? Really Paranoid Please Help!!!!?

ok here is the story ive been bodybuilding for quite a whilenow , ive always taken protein shakes only. about a year ago i started taking purple-k from king of creatine and i took them for 2 months along with protein shakes. i stopped for a while then started taking xpand, isoflex protein shakes, glutamine powder and a multi-vitamin from gnc called gnc mega men SPORT. i took the xpand for 2 months and stopped for a month since you cannot take it all the time because its creatine. now am currently taking superpump 250 as a post work-out, no synthesize creatine during and after the workout, am also taking glutamine pills from wal-mart 4 times a day, isoflex protein shakes twice a day and gnc mega men sport(multi-vitamin). now the issue is not too long ago my family and friends have been telling that you are ive started to lose hair and they’ve told me that it started when i first started supplementing, now i do not know if its true and want to make sure that it might be possible that the supplements that am taking are causing my hair to fall. if it does i will immediately stop everything and just eat properly. Please if anyone knows the answer please get back to me ASAP!!!

I am almost 12 and I’m 15 pounds overweight. Does anyone know a good diet? Or what sport really burns a lot of fat. I am looking to lose weight really fast though, even if it may be hard. PLEASE HELP!

I Really Need To Get In Shape For The Coming Sports Seasons…?

So I have a couple week break before I start getting into sports. But I don’t know how to get into shape. I played half a season of tennis, but I am horribly out of shape. This fall I’m playing soccer and volleyball, in the winter I’ll be playing basketball, and in the spring I’m doing track. Can you suggest a diet/exercise routine that I could follow to get in shape for these seasons?

Do Teenagers Really Need Sports Supplements To Progress?

and i know whey isolate is good, so are efa supplements.
but im talking about herbal supplements etc which are intended to be used to help increase anabolic hormones, muscle etc.

If you read the way they have hyped up their supps so much, any bodybuilder would think they’re are some sort of miracle pills, but has anyone ever tried these types of supps?
it real annoys me, because one side of me thinks its all really gimmicky and flase advertising, but then i think that maybe they do work i i stack them all….im so confused
im most confused about the anti-estrogen supp though, i mean would i even need them as a teenager?
