18 year old male
I’m looking to get down to around 150-155 but i also want to have some significant muscle definition and good strength, pretty much get “ripped” any suggestions on a good supplement to help me, a rep. at GNC told me their Mega Men Vitapak Sport would be my best bet, but they are biased of course, thank you
I bought this GNC Mega Men Sport dietary supplement. It has 30 bags that have seven pills each. I have to take them all with a meal in the morning. So today I took my first one. Just a little while ago I went to go pee and my pee was the brightest yellow that I have ever seen. Is something bad going on??
I am 16 years,4 months(sophmore in high school) I am 5’11″ and 195 lbs. I am looking to slim down a little to maybe like 185-190 but still looking to get stronger but i am not trying to bench press 500 lbs and squat 800 lbs. Speed is my main priority, strength is second. My sport is baseball i hope to play at either the D-1 or D-2 college level. I run and lift almost every single day i have been doing this for the past 5 months. I don’t think anyone should suggest that i should not take supplements because i am still growing. I haven’t grown one bit for little more than a year. I have been growing full facial hair since i was 14, so i would say i am pretty much grown.
MY POINT: What should i take? What will it do? What should i stay away from? Where can i get this? How much will it cost?
I’m 14, and I want to be more healthy. I’ve gained about 20 pounds in 2 years because my metabolism slowed down because I was injured for 2 years due to a sports injury. I’ve been active but I’m not how I used to be. I eat crap and I don’t control my portions well, I eat a lot because I’m bored and depressed. I want to eat healthy, I want to feel better, I want more energy. I’m not looking to be skin and bones but I’m definately looking to going back to my size 0 because that’s how I used to be and that’s me at a healthy weight. I was wondering if anyone new of any helpful websites or books that could help me in this. If you’re just going to tell me “eat less and exercise more” or “you don’t need to be thin to be happy” don’t bother posting anything. I know I’m not healthy now so I’m striving to be better. Thank you for any and all help
