What Are Some Interesting Topics For Supplements In A Roman Newspaper?
My class just finished reading a shakespeare: Caesar, and our assignment is to make a newspaper about when Caesar was killed.
Aside from articled we need to include four supplements. That’s what I need help in.
I made an advertisment for one of them and I still need three more.
I was thinking of covering a roman sports game, but I’m looking for some easy ideas. Can you think of any? Remember were talking about something that happened a loooong time ago. Like 500-600 years ago.
Thank you!
What Would Be A Good Diet For An Athlete Who Wants To Lose Some Weight And Tone Up?

I Am A Waitress In Need Of Some Nutrition/fitness Advice!?
I have a few questions… so I’ll try to make this short.
I am 21. Female. 4’10 3/4″ is my height. I weigh 105 pounds.
I work as a waitress at a diner across the street… 45+ hours a week… long shifts + long hours to be hurrying on your feet.
So my predicament:
How can I eat better and get enough exercise when:
1. My hours are long and ever-changing. Often I have to work through my break, and the food options at the diner (even with my 75 percent discount) don’t seem worth it. They are rather greasy/fattening (even the sandwiches) or very low in nutritional value… BUT I DO GET HUNGRY AT WORK.
And 2. I spend so much time on my legs that they ache, and the thought of an exercise routine outside of work seems daunting to me.
So I guess my question is… any advice/insight into this situation? Suggestions for maintaining good health?
What kind of an effect, if at all, would waitressing have on my body or overall fitness?

15 Yr Old Who Needs Some Fitness/nutrition Assistance?
I’m 15, 5’3 and weighed this morning, 142 pounds. Since school started (4 weeks ago) , I’ve already gained 4 pounds. Not fun.
I have a costume coming in for Halloween, and I want to be able to fit it, but I’m worried that this rate of weight gain is gonna interfere with that. So I thought I’d get started on losing/maintaining some weight. But my previous attempts haven’t been successful. I’ve kept up with at least 3 weeks of DDR/target toning but saw not a single lost pound. I watched my food intake pretty well too. Quite discouraging.
My new plan of attack is to try an hour (the game marks it 30 minutes) of DDR and then alternating toning of the upper/lower body each day along with it. I can’t really choose my meals because I gotta eat whatever is at school and whatever my mom has waiting for me at home for dinner. But I was thinking a granola bar would work well for a before-workout snack.
During school, I was wondering if water would effectively help keep my hunger at bay for awhile (an hour at least) without me having to chug a whole bottle. Also, I was going to start a food journal. Some people say you should mark the calories, others don’t. I’d rather mark calories, but what do you do about the foods that don’t have a label? Like homemade foods?
Any tips would help, thanks.
