How Do I Start A Fitness Program Based On ‘skipping’?
I run/jog most days of the week, but recently felt like a change and saw this as a way of adding some variety to my fitness routine.
Approximately how many minutes a day should I start off with? I tried to do it continuously for about 10, but found I cold only manage 5 – it is so strenuous, but also fun!!
How Do I Start To Workout When My Fitness Level Is Zero?
I’m not seriously overweight, only a little but I have zero endurance and a horrible fitness level. I’m winded after walking short distances. I recently got back from a missions trip working in the kitchen and gained. I’m 5’3 and weight around 126 right with my usual weight around 118. I’m not overweight or think I’m fat but most of it is in my butt and stomach. I would love to lose a few pounds and mostly tone my body with concentration in those areas. I am addicted to sugar so I need a great way to get started. It would be hard for me to wake up tomorrow with a whole new lifestyle so this is going to be a process for me and I’m willing to take my time. I’m not looking for some diet pill that won’t be successful. I would love to hear from those of you who lost weight or toned and exactly how you did it. What is the main area with foods I should be avoiding, how many meals should I eat a day, is snacking okay? Are the diet books worth it, like Bob Green’s Best Life Diet? What sport or exercise will tone those parts the best? What supplements should I be taking, does weight smart one a day work? Thanks!

well anyone can have an idea, or a great concept…. start with knowing what product u want to produce….. then u can go to chemist, or somone that works in the nutrition and sports medicine field…. they can help you… look at your idea…
but make sure u get them to sign papers so they do not patent your idea and take it from you..
