How Would I Go About Starting A Health And Nutrition Club At My Local Library?

I am actually the manager of the library and I’m trying to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle as well. I know that I basically want to have weekly weigh ins with incentives and idea sharing as well as invite experts in different areas of fitness and health to come in once a month. Has anyone else done something like this? I’m open to all tips and suggestions.

I Am Thinking About Starting To Take Some Supplements? What Shoud I Take? Advice?

I am 16 years,4 months(sophmore in high school) I am 5’11″ and 195 lbs. I am looking to slim down a little to maybe like 185-190 but still looking to get stronger but i am not trying to bench press 500 lbs and squat 800 lbs. Speed is my main priority, strength is second. My sport is baseball i hope to play at either the D-1 or D-2 college level. I run and lift almost every single day i have been doing this for the past 5 months. I don’t think anyone should suggest that i should not take supplements because i am still growing. I haven’t grown one bit for little more than a year. I have been growing full facial hair since i was 14, so i would say i am pretty much grown.
MY POINT: What should i take? What will it do? What should i stay away from? Where can i get this? How much will it cost?

Starting Boxing, Help With Nutrition And Routine.?

I have always been an avid boxing fan even though none of my friends care for the sport, and Ive recently came to realization that previously I had no drive to better myself physically or as a person. After watching several boxing matches including the incredible margarito & cotto fight, I realived how much drive and heart these boxers have and how great it would be to challenge myself to get fit and become an amateur boxer. I am 16 and I know a lot about boxing and I have a punching bag outside which now use every day. I am trying to lose weight before i join a boxing gym,(i know i am chubby) I weigh 205 and I know i should and could be 170. I am currently running, jump roping, lifting weight with high reps at my house. If anyone knows about a diet plan or exersice plan that would help me, please let me know. This is more about getting in shape first, then testing my skills at boxing, but if you know anything that would help ( I will appreciate any bit of advice).

Starting Bodybuilding, Cut Or Bulk First?

I am 25 years old and looking for some advice on starting my bodybuilding lifestyle and goals. I’ve been training for several years and have always loved bodybuilding, just have never taken that next serious step and commitment to the sport. After several years of pro wrestling, now I am ready.
My stats are:
5’10
206lbs
around 17% bf.
At my heaviest I was 220lbs. I say as far as muscle goes, im off to a decent start. But I want to take this sport on for the long run. Getting my physique up to the par with my bodybuilding idols such as stan mcquay, chris dickerson, franco , among others. Id say im fairly knowledgeable on the sport, nutrition, and training of course im always learning more and I would love superior guidance. I guess my biggest question as for starters is, at my current progress, should I lean out and get my bf % as low as possible before getting up to the size I need to become a real competitor in a class I want to compete in?
Ideally and I know this is speaking long term but I would like to compete around the 215-220 mark. So thats why im unsure about how to start. I realize I will have to get in the 240-250 off season to be able to comepete where I want eventually. I feel like I have to much bf% right now and if I can get that as low as possible I will have less to lose after bulking but the increase in weight is so much will it make a difference? I figured if I lean out hard now i’ll be down around 185-190 tops.
You can see some recent pics at my bodyspace.
