Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions On A New Career Field?

I am looking for a new career choice/field. The fields that I am most interested are the fields of health/fitness, nutrition, as well as woman’s rights. I enjoy working with adults and children in these areas. I would like to find a job that would allow me to do those things as well as to travel and learn about new cultures. I am asking because as I prepare for grad school I want to make sure that I can gear my studies to prepare me for those choices.

Any Suggestions On Which Supplements To Use To Build Muscle?

I’m a football player who’s getting ready to play football in college. I’ve never taken any supplements while I was in highschool for weight training or football workouts. I’m 5’10 in height and weigh roughly around 240Lbs with a 13-15 bodyfat percentage. My competition in college averages around 6’3 and 285. Although I can’t do anything with my height, I want to make up my size difference with my strength and speed, and in most cases at a higher level of the sport I know that certain supplements can help me achieve those goals.
My question is though, which supplements, powders, etc in your opinion should I take for faster muscle gain? Which are the best and what should I avoid? My motive is not to be the incredible hulk, I just want to gain about 10-15 pounds of muscle and increase my weight maxes by 20-30 pounds. Any answers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
For those that want my statistics in my current weight lifting max.
Bench: 330
Squat: 600
Clean: 210

Any Suggestions On A Good Women’s Fitness Magazine Or Online Forum?

I’m looking for a good magazine to get monthly or maybe a good and informative website with an active forum would be nice.
I’m looking for a magazine that his more focused on fitness, nutrition and such. The occasion rave about other things such as recipes, workout attire and other things are OK, but are not the focus.
I’ve tried SHAPE and Fitness, but I’m not really impressed. Muscle and Fitness seems good, but I’m not really into men, especially those huge ones. Plus, I think it caters more to men than women.
Thank you

What Suggestions Would You Make About His Breakfast And Lunch Meals!?

Joe is a 17yr old who lives at home with his parents and younger sister. He has no prior medical problems but recently complained about lack of energy during sports and athletic activities at school. He has been scheduled to meet with a nutrition counselor, becasue his pediatrician recommended it. When he arrives he shares his food diary, which indicates that he skips lunch on the days that he wrestles after school. Otherwise, he eats the same meals each day – black coffee and sugar-sweetened cereals with whole milk for breakfast, a luncheon-meat sandwhich and two candy bars on days when he eats lunch, and a typical family meal for dinner.

Does Anybody Have Any Suggestions On A Marketing Angle Of Sports Nutrition Products At A Fitness Club?

I’ve recently started a sports nutrition company selling supplements out of a state of the art fitness club. I don’t want to be another statistic by having the company fold after one year in operation. Looking for ideas to increase the viability of this enterprise. Thanks for your time.

I Want My Old Body Back After Years Of Improper Diet And Exercise.. Any Suggestions?

I am a 22 year old college senior who desperately needs your help! In high school I was in great shape due to proper exercise (sports) and diet (moms home cooked meals). After 4 years of college my body has gone through wear and tear due to alcohol, fast food, and virtually no exercise. I am going on winter break to my country home in West Va. to get away from all distractions and more importantly, to get back in shape. I have 25 days to train in an attempt to my old body back. I plan on working out all day every day but I need to know what exercise and diet planworks best…. cardio- vascular, muscle training, proper eating etc. Keep in mind I am 6’4 and 215 pounds. I want to lose weight and gain muscle. I also need a efficient diet plan. What should I eat, when should I eat, when should I exercise, what exercises work best, how long should I exercise for, etc. etc. Thanks for your help!
