Supplement Help Please?

currently work out 4-5 days a week, nothing crazy just running and push ups and sit ups. i currently take just gnc mega mens sport and gnc wheybolic extreme 60 shakes once a day after i work out. Someone at gnc said i should start using the bsn syntha 6 instead of the wheybolic. is this true? im not looking to get big and i dont really do alot of weights just want to get more toned and cut. Any advice on if i should switch or just stick to what im doing? id like to try the synthia 6 but not sure, dont want to gain weight or take something that will upset my stomach. Someone also recommended no xplode for more energy but i thought that was to get bigger. wouldnt mind getting a little bigger but not trying to be a bodybuilder. thanks in advance for any help

Alright so… I’m looking for someone who knows what they’re talking about, not some 17 year old juicer.

Pre-Workout
- 2 scoop NO-Xplode mixed with 18oz of water

I Need Help On Deciding Which Supplement To Take?

I was originally going to buy the GNC Pro Performance® Mass XXX and the GNC Pro Performance® Amplified Creatine 189 because they had a buy 1 get one half off sale at GNC but they no longer have that sale going on so i was wondering which one i should get. I know mass xxx is for gaining wait..but i was going to take half the recommended serving. Please dont give me the whole “just eat healthy and workout you dont need sports nutrition supplements” talk.

Is Lecithin Supplement Good And Safe For Pregnant Women?

Just read from the supplement watch website the following:
Choline plays a role in brain development , liver function and cardiovascular health. Choline is available in supplemental form as lecithin (or phosphatidylcholine) as well as purified choline capsules and as an ingredient in sports bars and drinks.
During pregnancy, choline intake of the mother may influence memory and brain development in the growing infant. Studies on choline and lecithin supplementation clearly show an increase in blood choline levels following supplementation with 1 – 5 grams of choline (or 5-15 grams of lecithin).
Any holy goddesses with dear little ones growing inside have tried lecithin supplement to get a genius?
