For the past year and a half well since I turned 18…. I started taking the GNC vitapacks daily.. (these ones to be exact.. http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2463189&cp=&sr=1&kw=vitapacks&origkw=Vitapacks&parentPage=search) I took them literally every day for like 6 months straight then I would put off getting a new box for like a week or so and I found I felt very run down, irratable, foggy headed, and depressed when I didn’t take them. I thought it was just depression. Well now I switched off the packs to just various vitamins becuase 49.99 every month was getting steep especially since im in college and what not now… But I switched to taken Mega Men Sport daily, Saw Palmetto with Zinc , Argenine and I believe thats it.. But when ever I don’t take these around 5 PM-6PM I start to feel the same symptoms as above and am not plesant to be around… I find theese to be relieved after taking atleast the multivitamin… What I am wondering is.. Are the symptoms because my brain and body are now depedent on theese supplements, or is it all in my head or a placebo?
I usually buy Whey and Mega Men Sport at GNC….if I use my Gold Card, is that basically the cheapest I can find it? Some online prices look cheap, but when it gets to shipping, its exceeds GNC…
Does anyone have any other alternatives?
Also…Mega Men Sport is so expensive, is there another brand that is the same thing but cheaper?
Here is what im taking. im taking all of these at once.. twice a day.
creatine hydrochloride (2 pills)—
NO2 hemodilator (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate)—- 8 pills
GNC’s mega men sport multivitamin (too much to list in it)—- 2 pills
daily CAL-MAG+D with boron— 6 pills
and i also drink two muscle milk shakes a day (whey)— 140g a day
i have heard you can stack supplements, but i dont know if its good to take all of this on top of food too? am i on a good stack? or is it bad?
im going to be going into the military soon, so i wanna get my body in tip top shape for basic. muscle, recovery, endurance, etc.

I have decent size to my build just looking to tone up. Will a combination of hydroxycut hardcore, whey protein (not wheybolic) and a multivitamin of gnc sport work (with good dietining and excercise)? Im asking cause my work schedule is crazy so I dont have the freedom as I did in college to workout. Plus I just had meniscus surgery so I cant do cardio for 3 months, I will just be lifting weights for my upperbody.
ok here is the story ive been bodybuilding for quite a whilenow , ive always taken protein shakes only. about a year ago i started taking purple-k from king of creatine and i took them for 2 months along with protein shakes. i stopped for a while then started taking xpand, isoflex protein shakes, glutamine powder and a multi-vitamin from gnc called gnc mega men SPORT. i took the xpand for 2 months and stopped for a month since you cannot take it all the time because its creatine. now am currently taking superpump 250 as a post work-out, no synthesize creatine during and after the workout, am also taking glutamine pills from wal-mart 4 times a day, isoflex protein shakes twice a day and gnc mega men sport(multi-vitamin). now the issue is not too long ago my family and friends have been telling that you are ive started to lose hair and they’ve told me that it started when i first started supplementing, now i do not know if its true and want to make sure that it might be possible that the supplements that am taking are causing my hair to fall. if it does i will immediately stop everything and just eat properly. Please if anyone knows the answer please get back to me ASAP!!!

i’m always hungry right now and i need advice to stop it,i do excersice a lot but i want to lose weight and i’m about 5 5 and 145 pounds and i want to at least 125 but i just need help getting there and i do a lot of stuff like the proform elliptical,tredmill,and running on the track, i do a lot of sports but not all at one time so if someone can please help me.then thank u………godbless
