What Is A Good Diet For A Recently “disabled” Teen?

Hey everyone, recently I have become unable to do sports because of an injury, which has practically disabled for who knows how long. What I’m getting that is that the sports[football, baseball, track] have always kept me in shape, but now since I can’t do anything I want to be able to stay healthy.
