I Need To Know How Teens Can Effectively Communicate Nutrition And Fitness To Thier Parents.?

We teach and provide teens with information to be healthy, but most often the parents still control thier diet and are not setting good examples for our children. So when we provide them with this information they also need to know how to communicate this to thier parents in a way that the parents will take them seriously.

Lifting Supplements Reccommended For Teens?

Okay, I am 15 years old and am, based on my personal rating, am in extremely good shape. I run 3-4+ miles daily and am in the gym five times a week. I find myself to be extremely healthy and the last time i was sick was during winter vacation when I temporary stopped working out. I was looking into more sports supplements, and I need the ‘okay’ as to whether or not the following supps are safe for someone in my circumstances…
1. NO boosters (Arginine/creatine mix)
2. BCAA’s (I’m pretty sure these are safe for anyone but still tell me what you think)
3. Sports Vitamins
4. Creatine in general
Please help me out with this because I don’t want to be damaging my body, or missing out on extreme gains for football.
Thanks guys
