How Do I Persuade A Business Member That A New Fitness Center Is Needed?
I AM DOING A PERSUASION MEMO AND I NEED TO PERSUADE A MEMBER OF MY BUSINESS COMMITTEE THAT A FITNESS CENTER IS NEEDED IN OUR BUILDING. THERE ARE TWO OTHER BUSINESS’S IN OUR BUILDING AS WELL. ONE IS A LAWYER AND THE OTHER IS A DENTIST. THE COMPANY I WORK FOR IS A SOFTWARE COMPANY.
Dear Athletes. I Need A Weight/fat Loss Diet Routine That Can Benefit Me In My Sport?
I used to be competitive in a variety of sports before I went to college. I was in relatively good shape. I was muscular, but not overly muscular. Since I went to college I have gained alot of fat. I would guess my body fat percentage is anywhere from 20 – 30%
I am 6’2 and I weigh in at 225lbs after a meal. When I wake up I am usually about 220lbs. Last time I was in peak condition, I was weighing in at about 188lbs. I asked my coaches what I should eat but I didn’t like their answers..
I need a diet that is cheap and effective that will help me get through the days of hard work and nights of training.
I work 5 days a week and train 3 nights a week for about 1 – 1 1/2 hours. Mostly cardio style workouts.
I am looking for advice from other athletes that train on what to eat all day every day.. also what I should drink.
My current diet right now is pretty much anything I find in my fridge, or anything friends or family buys me.. I also drink beer, juice or water. I consume about 10 – 15 beers a week. 1L of water a day. Maybe a glass or two of juice a day.
Please help. I want to be fit again! tired of being fat.
P.S I am not trying to gain alot of muscle. I already have a fair bit.. I just want to expose them by burning all my fat.
Does Anyone Know Of A Diet Pill That Works In At Least Three Months?
i only have like 90$ and i want to reach my goal weight.. which is 115, im 165, i have power skateing all this wekk including school gym. I will be doing hockey and ringette, (a hard sport) three times a week practice, and on the weekends i play around 2-4 games.. so ill be getting
ALOT of exercise, so does anyone know about that, i want to lose it in like three mnths!1!! plzzzzz help!!!
