Want To Be Taller, Tips?
hello, I’m a 16 year old male and I wanna ask some questions about height. I am 1,70 m tall, that would be 5’6 in. My father is 1.68 m and mother is 1.57 m tall. The things I want to know are … on average… how much time do I got left for growth. I heard males grow till they are 24 but does that mean height gain also or just post height growth ( like brain cells, organs, bone thickness etc). I wish to reach a height of 1.80 m or at least 1.75 m. My mom’s brothers are pretty tall ( all above 1.80 m) and my grandfather over 1.70. So I got some height genes in my blood.
What can i do to increase my height? Do sports work? What kind of nutrition? Any vitamins? Stretch exercises? Do growth products work? And I’d really like to know how much time I got left to grow. my only hope is that my uncle’s genes are doing some work… ty

I really want to start running more and just be more fit and the running will help me for my sport, but I’ve never really been a great runner, and I have asthma which makes it harder. I think the main thing is just that I have pretty low endurance. The last time I ran a mile, it took me like 11 minutes!! I know it takes dedication, but what can I do to get my running career off to a good start? Do you have any tips about things like nutrition or exercises to help me with my running? Thanks!

Planning To Go On A Diet This Summer, Any Tips ? Read More Below…?
Hey, I am 14 and a half and I’m pretty tall for my age (6ft 1in)…I went on many diets, consisting of sports (cardio and weight lifting) 4 to 5 times a week, and eating almost nothing at night…I lost 8 kg ( about 18 pounds ) in 2 and a half weeks, but I ruined it all and gained the weight i had fought so hard to lose…And it wasn’t the first time. I plan on going on a strict diet during summer ( and start now ) combined with sports every day. My goal is to lose 44 pounds by September. Is it possible, and can you please give me ANY tips you think are useful ? Thanks !
P.S. It’s mostly moral, any tips on how to not give in ?
Trouble Building Muscle, Strict Routines And Supplements Not Working. Any Tips?
When I was 19 I was stick thin, but started going to the gym and very quickly put on about 7 kilos (15 pounds) of muscle, and felt very good about it. This left me with a physique a lot like Di Caprio’s in The Beach (i.e. still not very muscly). Since then and over the years I’ve tried everything, all kinds of routines and supplements, but never been able to build any more muscle. Very frustrating, anyway, is there any hope of ever building any more mass without resorting to steriods (which I wonder if Di Carpio did after seeing him in Blood Diamond).
Anyway, is there anything else anyone can suggest, or should I just try and content myself with sports where my physcique is an advantage (eg climbing, long distance running,…)
