im only 15 im 5’11 i weigh 200 lbs but i can bench 265 and incline 250. im trying to gain alott more muscle before next season my coach also wants me to gain about 20-30 pounds of muscle since ill be pretty small for a d-tackle. so i was looking for any good workouts i can do at home? i have a bar with up to 90 pounds and i have the perfect push up system. i also want to know if creatine or any sports supplements will help? also i want to build my chest muscle fast to so any ideas on that will be great also!
I am from Ontario, Canada and I was just wondering if anyone knows what to do to become a nutritionist.
(I dont want to become a dietitian [I cant afford to put myself through 4 years or university])
I am just wondering if anyone knows which nutritionist certifications are best. Like is Can Fit Pro any good? Im kind of looking for a well known/ accredited college program or online courses. Or if anyone knows any good courses/ programs for sports nutrition? If youre a nutritions yourself I would really appreciate any tips or suggestions or how you got to be where you are!?!

please try with this ways. for me its more simple and I can eat everything I want.

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
no junk food
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
the example eat menu :
Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning
Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 – 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.
Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.

ok so i’m in UK and i haven’t yet applied through ucas. I have set out my personal statement, saying that i want to study sports/nutrition. But the problem is now i want to change the subject to sports therapy. My personal statement is mainly focused on nutrition and sports, but i want to put emphasis on the fact that i would prefer to study sport therapy. The thing is, that i don’t want to mess about changing it too much, and now i’ve had it all checked and my grammer checked, now i’m going to be messing with it again. What should i do. I’m not at college anymore, so i have to do it for myself.
I’m thinking I want to be an economic consultant but I don’t know what GC-SE to pick out of:-
-BTEC First Diploma Sport
-Applied Health and Social Care
-Technology (Food and Nutrition,Textiles, Product Design and Graphics)
-History / Geography
-Lesiure and Tourism
cuz i want to lose my tummy, but not at the cost of completely cutting out my junk food. its the only source of enjoyment in my day. is it enough to simply start excercising? like join a sport or something? im willing to cut back a little, but i don’t want to completely remove it. im 15 btw, and i think my metabolisms pretty good, im just sedentary.
I want to go to school but I don’t know exactly what career path I want to take. So I’m looking for a couple sites. One with Jobs and job descriptions, also with needed majors. And Another for schools, possibly in my interests. I am looking to go into the Nutrition field of some sort. Dietician, nutritionist, homeopathic practioner, Sports medicine, Doctor. Not exactly sure.
