I have to make a “newspaper” as an end-of-semester project. Part of it is supposed to be about “the most important issue/topic you learned about in health this semester”. Thing is i dont know what to put because i dont want to seem like a druggie, suicidal, or reproduction-crazed person, or someone with ‘problems’.
basically, we learned about:
-Self esteem/ mental health
-Managing stress/coping with loss
-Weight management/eating behaviors
-Drugs, Alcohal, etc
This might be too vague but I heard a techno song in the 24 hour fitness that featured a piano piece that would play notes up and then down pretty quickly and the piano piece was very very synthesized and electro sound. Anyone have any ideas?? thanks
I am 17 going to be a junior, 6’1″ 231 lbs and my three rep max on bench is 235. my main sport is football, I also do track and i swim on the school team. i would like to play football at the next level and am working hard in the weight room to do it. I have thought about steroids and am thinking that is a bad idea but i cant gain anymore. I lift every day for an 90 minutes need to get stronger before next season. i don’t know what i need to be on i would like to trim down a little bit. i drink protein after my workouts. i just need something trim me down and be more lean. what would do that for me?
okay so im in 8th grade and its spring i work out a few times a week i do cardio and weight lifting im about 6’1″ and like 220 im not fat but as a lineman all the real mussel i can get the better i am drinking mussel milk after i work out but i was looking at either whey protein or creatine also now i did hear about lots of bad side affects of creatine at my age and the only thing i saw with whey is that i need to drink lots of water and with my weight take about 160g a day im not an expert but i would like to gain mussel faster and since i dont play a spring sport that gives me spring and summer to get ahead of the game for high school football and wrestling and a possibility of trying baseball or lax but please ive me some insight

I’m 15 years old (will be 16 at the beginning of July) and am looking to lose about 15 pounds within 7 weeks. I would really like a good dieting plan that will give me the essential nutrients that I need. I’m in the process of trying to find a workout buddy for the local Y, but I can’t seem to find anyone. We have a treadmill and a swimming pool, but I would much rather jog or take walks outside with my dog and I don’t swim any set number of laps. With this information in mind, can you recommend a good diet and workout? I would prefer a workout that doesn’t involve a lot of intense running as I am rather large chested and sports bras are suffocating. I’m (obviously) female and 150lbs, by the way. I have been having trouble losing weight and sticking to my workout routine and having trouble choosing the healthy foods. I really need to lose weight for health reasons cause I am considered overweight based on my height.
