Whats The Best And Fastest Way To Lose Fat?
I exercise 3-4 times a week with cardio, strength exercises and raquet sports. i am currently on a raisins and oats diet because i heard they are high fibre and they keep me full instead of fatty foods. is there anything wrong with eating just raisins and oats with milk for 70 days (with some fruits and salad) because thats how long i plan to continue this meal schedule in order to get thin. thanks!
