Whats The Best Way To Get Protein Into Your Diet?
since i am a vegetarian i have cut out meat and a huge chunk of protein. that being said i am active and i run about 8 miles a day. but recently i have noticed it has become harder and harder to do what used to be more of a hobby than a sport. anyways what are some good ways to add protein to my diet besides meat.
-i know about muscle milk but its really high in fat and i dont lift weights i am a runner ;]
Whats The Best Sports Supplement To Supply Endurance?
I am a boxer! I am jus taking whey protein.
I use to take cell tech (creatine) and i felt like i had more energy and endurance although i retained a lot of water weight and i need to keep my weight really low!
I was told by a friend that he has been using this creatine thats really pure and he only takes a tsp of it at a time and he doesnt retained any water weight. (but i didnt get the name!)
Is there any supplements or multivitiams anybody can recommend to help with my muscle endurance!
