Are Supplements Like Whey Protein And Creatine Absolutely Needed To Gain Muscle Mass?
i dont have a job therefore i cant afford all the super expensive whey proteina nd supplements that are like 50-60 bucks….and my parents arent supportive of it either since im not in a school sport of any kind and i wouldnt take 1 now…since im in 12th grade.
but do you absolutely need them to gain mass?? i know you can just eat like 5-6 times a day with high protein foods…but i cant exactly raid the fridge for everything that has protein in it lol.
i have friends who are going from like 145 lbs to 165 lbs of muscle mass and its kind of getting me discouraged
(i weigh like 145 and bench like 195-200)
so are there any other solutions/ways to gain mass?
Is There A Halal Whey Protein For Bodybuilding Sports And Health Enthusiasts?
This question comes to mind when I recieved a circulated email that GNC products contains gelatine which derives from pork and beef. However as I understand gelatines for supplements are usually used for capsule supplements like certain vitamins, amino acid supplements etc. What about whey protein and creatine powders? I’m asking on behalf of our muslim friends who are keen in sports but may be disturbed by this type of information as vitamins and supplements are part of the necessary equipment for for sports nutrition. Thank you.
Should You Take Whey Protein And Creatine If Doing Workout?
Hello, I walked past GNC today and saw those big bottles of whey protein and creatine tablets that they sell. [is gnc a rip-off?]
Are those neccessary for people who work out or do muscle intensive sports like martial arts? If they have a normal healthy diet from their food intake per day, do you think its still neccessary to take those extra supplements?
Also, What does Creatine do for you?
Who Uses Protine, Whey, Creatine Or Any Other Supplements?
Just wondering. As a high school athlete I never used them. “My muscles weren’t made in factories.” I’m studying sports med. but I’m mostly just learning anatomy basic physical training right now. I just wanna know, do they work? What works best? Now I’m about done growing and I’m having trouble gaining weight.
Need Nutritional / Health Advice About Whey Protein + Creatine?
I am 15 and I do weight training every monday and thursday night for 1 hour at my local gym. I currently take 24g’s of whey protein and 5g’s of creatine before my sessions and 24g’s of whey protein after. I do this for both sessions in the week and have been doing so for about a month.
Are there any health risks involving someone of my age taking sports supplements and should I be taking them?
Thanks
