i’m 17 and thinking on taking whey pro supplements..my sports routine during the week is: monday: nothing , tuesday: rugby, wednesday: gym , thursday: rugby, friday : gym and saturday: rugby…so i was wondering if i should take this stuff to help me with my fitness…also…what are the effects i’ll start getting (will i get bigger, stronger, fatter, etc?) and when will i start seeing some changes in my body??
