How Can I Reduce The Size Of Unneeded Bulky Muscle (please Answer, Its Long But I Will Pick Best Answer)?
Same question again…but i think it was misunderstood slightly.
I have thin calves genetically. They have become slightly thicker with muscle after two seasons of both winter and spring track. I have also been wearing ankle braces- that were thick and heavy that might’ve added some bulk to my leg. I will not be practicing over the summer much and i will take on swimming instead, or walking around. My legs are still nice, but just not as slim as they used to be.
How long would it take for the muscle from running that i don’t use as much anymore to slowly leave? And how can i speed the process of making my legs leaner? Should i diet because of i am less active now and i could return to my daily life?
I heard from a friend who did several sports that every sport she took made her legs thicker but after a few months of inactivity, her legs became slimmer- and not full of fat..just less bulky. Anyone know from experience about the changes in between seasons?
Gnc Supplements; Will This Work?
I have decent size to my build just looking to tone up. Will a combination of hydroxycut hardcore, whey protein (not wheybolic) and a multivitamin of gnc sport work (with good dietining and excercise)? Im asking cause my work schedule is crazy so I dont have the freedom as I did in college to workout. Plus I just had meniscus surgery so I cant do cardio for 3 months, I will just be lifting weights for my upperbody.
Can Someone Help Me With A Fitness And Nutrition Plan? I Will Pay You For It.?
I really need to come up with a solid workout and eating plan, so I can build some muscle, lose weight(fat), and get down to my ideal weight. I’m a 32 y/o female, 5’2″, about 132 lbs with 30% body fat. I do have a gym membership and have been working out almost regularly for a couple of years, but have stayed at same weight and body fat. Like I said, if you are a certified trainer, and can really help me, I will pay you. I don’t like the trainers at my gym(attitudes!). Thanks!
How Does P90x Work? What If I Don’t Follow The Nutrition Plan Will I Still Get Results?
I was interested in the P90X system for becoming stronger. I’m not in it to be losing much weight or to get overly ripped. So if i decide not to follow the nutrition plan will i still be ok to build muscle. I’m already pretty toned and in shape by training and playing sports, but i’m looking for that edge, and to be honest, i like to eat what i want. I don’t eat that unhealthy anyways but i don’t want to follow the nutrition plan.

Will Great Nutrition & Work On Footwork And Agility From The Time A Kids Walking Help Them Be A Good Athlete?
Will it make a big difference do you think. My nephew shows natural ability at wrestling. He places in the top 4 of all tournaments and he is 8 yrs old and has only been wrestling for a few months. However, his parents feed him nothing but junk food and has never had any sports specific training. Do you think proper nutrition from the start as well as some speed and agility training would have given hm an extra edge? Maybe the good nutrition would help his body composition. He is just skin and bones now.
I’m not trying to turn him into a super human athlete or put too much pressure on him. But he loves wrestling and would love it evenmore if he could take some first place trophies from time to time instead of second:)

(today is saturday). i’m going to start to eat healthier and exersise more. i play sports but they just came to an end. does anyone know any good dieting tips that ACTUALLY work, and make you look thinner? i’m not very confident with my body because i’m kind of chubby. i want to look thinner and get a flat stomach. my thighs are pretty big so i don’t look good in tight stuff. please help. thankss =]
