I am 15 years old. I am very athletic, play sports competitively all year around. I weigh 139 lbs, and I really need to start gaining weight, by means of EATING and WORKING out. I am going to start going to the gym in a month or so, but I need a home workout that will keep me occupied meanwhile. What is a good diet to gain weight?
I am shooting for the 170lbs mark in the next few months.

i need to gget big and strong 4 8th grade sports
or SHOULD I even have one?
I don’t get enough protein in my diet or eat foods that help my muscles form/recover after a 90 minute intense running session.
Should I eat a cliff bar or luna bar or myoplex or something?
Will I still tone my legs even if I have one?
Will it affect my weight loss goals?

I’m taking whey protein and Mega Men Sport now and want to add something else…
Any ideas? If so, what’s a good regimen for it?
What’s the most effective schedule to take whey and other supplement?

Hello, I walked past GNC today and saw those big bottles of whey protein and creatine tablets that they sell. [is gnc a rip-off?]
Are those neccessary for people who work out or do muscle intensive sports like martial arts? If they have a normal healthy diet from their food intake per day, do you think its still neccessary to take those extra supplements?
Also, What does Creatine do for you?
hey, im 16 and just been around answers and askin a few questions and such. well too get to the point, i havent tried any workout supplements or anything of that such, ive moslty just worked out normally. so i was thinkin of tryin some supplements but i need to know a few things
1. i need one that is legal, for highschool sports ect…
2. i dont want a crash afterwards….tips?
3. were can i go to find more info on supplements?
4. since im a first time user, reccomendations on a good starter?
5. im definatly lookin for energy for the workout and something to pump me up and get me ready. ideas?

i weight 130-140 lbs right now and im about 6 feet tall, so i really need to gain weight. i want to be at 180 by next fall for football, i work out all winter and summer. what are the best exercises for me to do to gain maximum lean muscle, what are good supplements to take and how can i keep the weight on when im not working and playing sports? thanks
