What Are Cool Classes To Take For Girls Your Freshman Year Of Highschool?
Ok I will be a freshman in highschool next year and we have to go ahead and choose our electives.
Ok, here are the classes. I don’t want to be a loser taking loser classes so please tell me about the courses you like or may have took. I am a girly girl also.

How Out Of Puff Should A 46 Year Old Male Push Himself To While Doing 30 Mins A Day Of Cycling For Fitness?
Currently I am doing 10 miles a day of cycling for fitness which takes between 32 and 34 minutes depending on traffic. The route is a mixture of straights, moderate and steep hills and I average just over 18 mph. Was wondering how out of puff I should try to get for maximum fitness? Thanks in advance.
I’m A Type 2 Diabetic And For About A Year I’ve Worked Hard To Get Myself In Good Physical Shape…?
I eat better and workout 4 times a week. I have enjoyed lifting weights but would like to supplement my workouts. Currently I drink an EAS Myoplex sports drink (lite) after each workout. I am curious if there is any supplement for muscle building or enhancement I could safely take. I’m not a body builder, but would like to continue to develop my upper body. Anybody have any suggestions?
I Am A 23 Year Old Female, And I Have Never Dieted, Played Sports, Or Exercised Regularly So Where Do I Start?
I’m looking for a low-cost solution. I am not obese, but I’m getting way too pudgy. I am 5’4″ and my weight fluctuates from about 129 lbs to 139 lbs. Being out of shape affects me very negatively. Butt, legs, tummy, love handles: those are what need serious attention, and I’ve listed them in order of urgency. I have a history using drugs, specifically uppers. The use of such drugs increased my energy and lowered my appetite. That is probably the only reason that I am not obese. I am clean of drugs, and would like to stay that way. This is another reason why learning to be healthy is very important (and very difficult). As a result of quitting drugs, I have tried to replace that void with food. I don’t so much need help the addiction to food/drugs (I get those answers elsehwere) or lists of “what not to eat”.
I’m sure it would add to my health but, If I walk my dogs 3 times a week and go swimming 3 times a week, would I physically look better? How long would that take?..
How To Ensure One Year Old’s Physical Health?
I am obese and has never been into sports….okay, not even exercising. But I do not want to make the same mistake with my daughter who is currently 15 months old. Can anyone suggest me what kind of sports, exercising facilities, diet etc. should I give her, so that she can remain as flexible and well-coordinated as a gymnast, so that if she wants she can take any sports as a career or at least does not lose her self-confidence and health like me.
I went to my local sports center and they said that I should wait for five to six years for any formal training and let my daughter play as she likes. I would like your advice on the subject too. Can anyone tell me what is the youngest age these sports persons start and whether it is a help or a hindrance? I like gymnastics but any sport that can keep her fit and fine is fine enough for me too.
Good Diet & Excercise Plan For A 13 Year Old?
I’m 13 at the moment. I am 5’8, or 5’9, and I weigh 200 lbs. I hate my weight, and am uncomfortable about. I need some Serious advice on how to cut my weight down. I can run the mile in about 8 minutes, which beats about a half to a third of my class, and I participated in almost every sports activity, which included Volleyball Basketball, and pingpong. So, the main issue is the diet part. So, please, answer seriously.
