Water is a natural appetite suppressant, it has zero calories, improves skin, rids the body of toxins, and helps the body to stop retaining water and bloating.
Fresh fruits and vegetables have very few calories, so instead of reaching for chips or chocolates, try snacking on grapes or blueberries, only 60 calories per cup and they taste amazing! When you do need to just splurge on something unhealthy, at least measure out a reasonable portion instead of taking the whole bag, this will stop oversnacking. Good luck!

try to keep those things out of the house. if u live with your family, ask them to hide certain foods from you. oh and jello pudding 60 calorie snacks, 100 calorie snacks are great ways to stay on track. b4 u reach 4 the food just think about your goal, why your doing this, and how great your going to look in a month from know!

Removing the tempation of the bad foods altogether would probably be quite effective. I chew sugar-free gum when I find myself wanting junk food, so chewing a ‘non-food’ thing might help.
