What Fitness Requirements Do I Need To Make It To The Top Level Of Rowing?
I am currently trying to improve my fitness for rowing and i was wondering what sorts of scores/weights do Proffessionals get for these activites
1rm: Bench press
Leg press
Squat
Shoulder press
Seated row
Lat pulldown
chest press
biceps curl
Beep test
Ergo’s 500, 1k, 2k, 5k and 30 min
Anything else u can think of would be greatly appreciated,
