What Is A Proper Diet For My Age?

Im 13 and i weigh about 89 pounds. I eat junk food mostly to be honestly with you. I play around 8-10 sports. What would be a good diet? without over eating or doing. How much sleep How many calories? thanks!

    8 hrs of sleep
    1400 calories
    whole grains, lowfat dairy, fruits and veggies, lean protein
    no fruit juice, nothing sugary, nothing with artificial preservatives, no “simple”carbs (no white bread or white rice)

    Instead of junk foods, how about a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And small snacks inbetween… Whole grains, vegetables, fruit, beans, lean meats, fish, milk and yogurt…
    8 hrs of sleep a night, and I wouldn’t worry so much about calories at your age…

    stick to 1000 cals a day, thats what i do. and just walking. LOADS OF. and lots of sit ups :)

    89 is a good weight… You don’t need a diet.
