What Supplements Should I Take?

I am wondering what fitness supplements i should take, or anything else you may reccomend. I am currently a 20 year old male in the military. I lift three times a week, and run three times a week, and am also very active in sports. I am looking for a supplement that is not going to make me gain any weight (actually something that will make me lose weight would be good), but that will stimulate muscle recovery so that i can continue to work out as much as i do without having it take negative effects on my body. Any suggestions would be great.

    Definitely Healthy n’ Fit Whey Pro-Amino. It’s the protein powder that gives you the most nag for your buck. It’s 24 bucks for 16 servings of 45 grams protein each scoop. Most protein powders have 23 grams per scoop. Muscle are made of amino acids, as is protein, protein helps rebuild and recover muscles. Take the protein immediately after your workout and remember to eat big to get big.

    Everyone is different, but I take this pill called SlimAlli and it works for me. It really made a difference in my appetite, I don’t have cravings or eat more than I need to, and the energy boost is a plus. I’d recommend you at least give it a try and see how it works for you.
