You need to earn creatine. Some marketing ploys don’t say this but it’s simply something that can help you push harder, so you need to be pushing in the first place. I could say this about most supplements. But creatine is one of the most effective supps on the market, provided you earn it. Creatine helps you push out one more rep. You know that last rep before your mind tells you that you can’t do another. If you aren’t pushing yourself to exhaustion then you aren’t going to be getting benefit from the creatine.
About protien… The human body cannot store protein and therefore any excess that you consume must be excreted, this can be extremely hard on the liver and kidneys.
If you are consuming a lot of protein high in sulfur containing amino acids your body will leech calcium phosphate from the bones to alkalinize the sulfuric acid that results from the breakdown of these proteins which will compromise bone integrity. You should NOT be eating more than 30% protein.
Excess protein consumption has been linked to osteoporosis, it is very hard on the liver and kidneys and offers absolutely no benefit, you won’t have bigger muscles because you eat more protein, that is a myth. Protein helps with the rebuilding process, but it will not make your muscles grow. Breaking the muscle tissue down so that it rebuilds stronger is what makes your muslces larger. What I am trying to say is that consuming enough protein so that your muscles rebuild is all you need. Overdosing on a high protein diet will not provide better results.
If you are eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables with little meat then it is difficult to get 30% of your diet to be protein. That is a good reason to take a protein supplement. Another time is right after your workout. Mix whey protein with a glass of fruit juice. The juice will rush into your system to replenish the glycogen levels for energy. Having protein at the same time will allow the protien to get into your system and start rebuilding your muscles. This has been proven to reduce muscle soreness.
Protein is necessary, but don’t go overboard. Your body can not absorb more than 40 grams during one sitting. Anymore is a waste.
Hope that is helpful. If you have more questions feel free to shoot me an email.

Study on Creatine is not clear yet. XS Protein delivers an awesome 50 grams of whey protein in each serving! Whey is the most popular form of protein with bodybuilders, because it’s a fast-digesting protein the body can use almost immediately to start building and rebuilding muscle tissue. XS adds plant-derived digestive enzymes to help your body digest the protein even more efficiently, plus glutamine to help your body synthesize protein. Sweetened with sucralose for a great vanilla taste that makes the protein go down easy – and makes it easy to blend with milk, juice, fruit and other ingredients. They have it in vanila and chocolate flavor. You may want to check http://padhikari.qhealthbeauty.com

Protein Brands aint all that important, what is important is the amount of protein you get from one drink, about 18g per drink
You should use whey protein which is much better than egg based proteins and safer.http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/stor…
And if you use creatine, try creatine serum.http://www.creatinestore.co.uk/products/…
