If you’re doing lots of sports, then definetly eat plenty of calories. Depending on your metabolism, around 2500 – 3200 a day. Don’t let anyone tell you to lower your calories (as long as their within that range) because that is what gives you your energy.
Try to limit quick carbs (sugar, high fructose corn syrup) because they give you a brief energy burst and leave you tired. Eat brown rice, whole rye or pumpernickel bread, oatmeal, complex carbs.
Don’t eat too much saturated fat. Anything marked monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fat is fine. Dark green vegtables, and plenty of them. Fruits, Veggies, all good.
Finally, I hadnt heard about acai berries, but you don’t have to get a pill, you can buy the berries dried.

well…dieting isnt really good for a teenager to be doing
because it often ends in binging and stuff…
i would just say eat lots of protein, and fruits/vegetables and you should be fine. + since you do lots of sports you already are pretty fit right?
