Who Should I Consult About Sore Knee?

I have had probs with my knee for along time, have tried several straps, supplements, different trainers etc etc.
Someone suggested that i had flat feet – nice friend! and may need to wear insoles.
Who would be the best person to consult about his ? Osteopath ? Chiroprator? physio? chiroptist?
I do a lot of sport, am not over weight and am in my forties.

Well the problem is you have a sore knee to begin with, not a sore foot! Well there a different possibilities to this; it could be a recurrence of an injury you had a while back, it could be a temporary case of arthritis which is common in athletic types, or you could have knocked it without realizing. It is best off to see your Doctor because there is no way of telling what caused it, if its an internal injury, such as a trapped nerve, it would be common for the Doctor to give you painkillers or other medication.

I had flat feet when i was younger..I think its best to go to your local GP first then they will refer you to whoever they think is best.I ended up wearing these special insoles in my shoes and that sorted the problem out..
